DRVR CLUB Program Terms & Conditions
By participating in the DRVR CLUB program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. LVRY LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
Eligibility
Are international events eligible to earn points?
While we do have plans to expand the program outside the United States, currently the DRVR CLUB is only available in the continental US.
Are HPDE and Driver Education programs eligible?
Yes, most sanctioning bodies that hold US track-based HPDE programs are eligible. Please check the QUALIFYING EVENTS section above for the latest list of eligible events.
What series or events can I earn points in?
Most sanctioned races, time trial, drift, and driver education events qualify for the DRVR CLUB program. Please check the QUALIFYING EVENTS section above for the latest list of eligible events.
Points
How many points do I earn per event?
The number of points per event is variable based on event type and will be shown inside of your DRVR CLUB Dashboard when your submission is approved.
Is the point value different if I podium?
No. The points accrued is the same for all participants that submit and podiums or results are not considered when awarding points.
When will my points be deposited into my account?
After submitting photos of your participation in an event, please allow up to 5 business days for our internal system to review your submission and either approve or deny your claim.
What is the conversion of points to dollars?
Currently the conversion is 1 to 1. 1 point = $1 USD. Subject to change.
Will my points be applied to shipping costs?
If you choose to use your points on checkout, points are applied to the total transaction amount which includes applicable tax and shipping.
Can I choose how many points to apply to a purchase?
Yes. Points can be fully or partially applied to a purchase amount.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Point totals are reset annually. Points will expire on December 31 at 11:59pm MST of the current year. Any points not used before the cut off will expire and your points total will return to zero.
Can I transfer my points to a friend?
No. Points are non-transferrable and are attached to the original email account that the points were awarded to.
Can I exchange my points for cash?
No. Points have no cash value and can only be used towards a purchase at LVRY.co.
Can I use my points in physical stores or other retailers?
Currently no. DRVR CLUB points are only eligible for LVRY.co online purchases. LVRY physical stores and third-party retailers do not currently accept DRVR CLUB points.
Submission Process
Do I have to get a photo for every day of an event?
Yes. Every day that you want credit for participation in, you’ll need to submit a photo for on the day you participate.
Can I participate in only one day of a multi-day event?
Yes. You can participate in a single day up to two consecutive days of a multi-day event and be eligible for DRVR CLUB points.
How do you know that I’m participating and not just attending?
Our software uses GPS location and AI-enhanced tools to review photo submissions and legitimacy of a claim including checking registrations with the sanctioning body. Some checks are automated with the sanctioning body while others are a manual process and take more time for approvals.
Can I upload photos from my computer and phone?
Yes. However, the easiest way to get your points as quick as possible is to upload from a mobile device while at the event and on the day you are participating. Photos submitted after the fact, while not immediately denied, are highly scrutinized and will require original meta data intact in the photo file when uploaded.
How long does it take for an event submission to be accepted?
After submitting photos of your participation in an event, please allow up to 5 business days for our internal system to review your submission and either approve or deny your claim.
Car Decals
How many stickers do I need on my car?
To be eligible for the DRVR CLUB program, your car needs to have a minimum of two decals installed on opposite sides of your car (front / back, side / side).
What is the required size and color of the LVRY logo?
LVRY logo decals should be no less than 12″ wide and maintain the original logo file aspect ratio. Stretching of the logo, either vertically or horizontally, is not allowed. Re-sizing of the logo is permitted as long as it is wider than 12″ and maintains the original aspect ratio. All colors are acceptable as long as the logo is a contrasting color and visible from 50 ft away when installed on the car.
Do I have to buy official LVRY stickers / decals?
No. The DRVR CLUB program allows you to either place the official LVRY decals on your car or make your own decals for a specific size / colorway by downloading LVRY vector logos.
Where can I place LVRY decals?
There is no set guideline for logo placement on your car. Your car and livery are unique and we’d rather the LVRY logo show up in a place that is visually pleasing and works with your car and design vs requiring the logo placement in any one particular place. The only requirement is that the logo be installed on two opposite sides of the car (front / back, side / side, etc).

LVRY LLC (LVRY) values its users’ privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) will help you understand how we collect and use personal information from those who visit our website or make use of our online facilities and services, and what we will and will not do with the information we collect.
